Here’s my daily rundown:
- 7:00 am: 10 oz upon waking
- Pre-Desk: 8 oz
- Mid-Morning: 8 oz
- Lunch: 12 oz (perfect with my lentil-quinoa salad)
- Afternoon: 8 oz while getting my stretch on
